It is fantastic for teriyaki, grilled chicken, and kebobs. I usually hand wash the grate and reflector pan before putting them in the dishwasher with the grate and drip tray. Even when I neglected to spray the nonstick grate and reflector with Pam one time, I was amazed at how simple they were to clean.

My only criticism is that the temperature presets might have been a little more diverse. You can raise the temperature by 50 degrees Fahrenheit, with 450 degrees the highest.
