    When not in use, is the battery charged consistently?

    I bought my dual-axis 2-panel setup (Two 250W, 24V 8A panels). 100w, 5A, 12V monocrystalline panel. It's perfect. 13 to 14 volts at 4 amps, 5 volts on favorable days (but 4A is more realistic). I tested a West Marine 73AH Deep Cycle Gel battery (the panel came with a 30A PWM charge controller). Charged in hours ( I have both an amp meter and a volt meter connected to track its output). One Harbour Freight 45W amorphous panel can replace two in four hours. Buy with confidence.
